A PFLAG chapter is three or more individuals working to further PFLAG goals. Chapters are the foundation of our PFLAG network and exist in nearly all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Our own state of Washington currently has fourteen chapters. If you want to start a PFLAG chapter in your community, PFLAG National can assist with the process. Consult Start a Chapter for more information and to connect to a PFLAG National Field Manager. Note that once you are a recognized PFLAG chapter, you can access PFLAG’s volunteer and staff resources including trainings, conferences, and written materials, and receive registration discounts to PFLAG’s National Convention and other events.
